At BurgerBae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BurgerBae account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point using the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
